Dumbledore is dead. Dumbledore is not dead.

For those of you who have not read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, it's been almost a month, get a move on.

For those who have, check out this site. It's very convincing. It overlooks one glaring fact, though: Dumbledore fell of the highest tower of the castle, and when Harry saw his body, it was twisted in all weird directions.

That being said, it wouldn't surprise me if he came back in Book 7. He's the kind of character that has made the same transformation in series like Lord of the Rings and Chronicles of Narnia. It's because of this glaring similarity that most of me hopes he just stays dead. I just think it would be more interesting that way.

Extraction

Had a tooth pulled earlier today. I was nice & doped up at the time, so I didn't even notice when it came out.

But now, the drugs have worn off. Pain. Not to mention a gaping, gummy hole at the back of my mouth. Pleasant, eh?

heroes

Not long ago, I made a snide remark about not needing heroes. Well, that may or may not be true, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I think the picture says it all. Wow.

ouch, my brain

I just got done with my physics final. Done with the semester, done with physics. I'm not quite as hyped up as I was at the end of the spring semester, though. Maybe this summer was just particularly brutal. Maybe it's just the mediocre satisfaction of accepting that I got a B in physics. Not that a B's not ok, or that there weren't people in that class who would've killed for a C, but I just feel as though I somehow let myself down.

Whatever. At least I got an A in Calculus. Moving on...
